finding of a substitute may be left to the club secretary. In case several members have friends whom they desire to have visit the club they may rotate in inviting substitutes.
New Members
When any member is absent from a specified number of meetings during a season, without sufficient cause, she is dropped from the roster, and notified to that effect by the secretary. The members take turns, alphabetically, in inviting new members. If desired, a new member may be asked first simply as a substitute, and her name be subjected to a secret ballot before she is given an invitation to join the club.
