Business metric reports were prepared, every department was given special attention. Mattress Giant discovered several discrepancies and saved a commendable amount of money due to this effort. Marketing and advertising unit discovered that hey had been targeting the wrong market all along! A new communication and media strategy was devised. Within a year the company started showing change for the better. IT department helped provide solutions and was no longer the problem. Finance department was particularly happy.
